LADY WILDCATS TAKE 1ST AT GIDEON TOURNAMENT

The Lady Wildcats started out the tournament playing Gideon, they defeated Gideon in two sets 25-20 and 26-24. They Lady Wildcats struggled in the two sets having 5 hitting errors and 1 serving error the first set, to 11 hitting errors and 4 serving errors the second set. The Wildcats were still able to pull off the win. Taylor Parker lead the team with 7 kills, and Lindsay Hutchison followed with 6 kills. Lindsay Levitt and Erica Wyatt had 5 kills each, and Megan Pulley had 2 kills for the game. Taylor Pulley and Che' Holford had 1 kill each. Taylor Parker lead with an impressive 5 blocks for the game. Taylor Pulley had 23 assist for the game and Megan Pulley had 1 assist. Che' Holford lead with 9 digs and Taylor Fuwell had 3 digs. Lindsay Hutchison and Tylla McNeil had 2 digs each. Taylor Pulley, Lindsay Levitt, and Taylor Parker had 1 dig each. Taylor Pulley and Che' Holford lead with 2 aces and Lindsay Hutchison had 1 ace.

The Lady Wildcats then faced Twin Rivers in the semi-finals. They defeated them in two sets 25-19 and 25-14. The Lady Wildcats made less errors this game, moving them to play in the championship game. Taylor Parker lead the team with 6 kills. Lindsay Hutchison, Erica Wyatt, and Megan Pulley each had 4 kills for the game. Lindsay Levitt had 2 kills, while Taylor Pulley finished with 1 kill for the game. Megan Pulley lead with 2 blocks. Taylor Parker and Erica Wyatt had 1 block each for the game. Taylor Pulley had 17 assist for this game. Taylor Parker and Megan Pulley had 1 assist each. Lindsay Hutchison lead the team with 3 digs. Taylor Parker, Che' Holford, and Taylor Fuwell had 2 digs each for this game. Taylor Fuwell lead the team with 2 aces. Taylor Parker, Taylor Pulley, and Lindsay Hutchison had 1 ace each.

The Lady Wildcats then had to face undefeated South Pemiscot for 1st place. They defeated South Pemiscot the first set strong 25-15. The team played really strong this game with minimal errors. The second set the ladies pulled off the win coming from behind 4 points defeating South Pemiscot 25-23. The ladies had a 4 to 6 point stretch of trying to get something going, once they got things back on track they were determined "Never to Give Up." The girls played very well over the last 3 days. This brings their record to 13-4 and SCAA conference 2-0.

The Lady Wildcats are in action 4 times this week. Monday @ Puxico, Tuesday @ Home vs. Twin Rivers, Thursday @ Woodland, Friday @ Home vs. Advance. Come out and support your Lady Wildcats!!!

Varsity Lady Wildcats 1st in Pool at Gideon Tournament play in tournament play SATURDAY

The Varsity Lady Wildcats started the night off strong against the Clarkton Reindeer. They defeated Clarkton 25-10 and 25-8. Megan Pulley lead the team with 7 kills, while Taylor Parker followed with 5 kills. Lindsay Hutchison and Erica Wyatt had 2 kills each. Che' Holford had 1 kill for the night. Taylor Pulley lead with 14 assist. Erica Wyatt and Megan Pulley had 1 assist for the night. Taylor Parker and Megan Pulley had 1 block each. Taylor Fuwell lead with 5 digs. Lindsay Hutchison and Lindsay Levitt had 3 digs each. Taylor Pulley and Che' Holford had 2 digs each. Erica Wyatt had 1 dig for the night. Taylor Parker lead with 2 aces. Taylor Pulley, Lindsay Levitt, and Taylor Fuwell had 1 ace each.

The Lady Wildcats went on to play New Madrid, where they defeated them 25-11 and 25-20. Lindsay Hutchison and Taylor Parker lead the team with 5 kills each. Erica Wyatt had 3 kills for the night. Megan Pulley and Lindsay Levitt had 2 kills for the game. Taylor Pulley and Che' Holford had 1 kill each. Taylor Pulley had 16 assist for the game. Taylor Fuwell lead the team with 4 digs, and Lindsay Hutchison had 3 digs. Che' Holford and Taylor Parker had 2 digs each. Taylor Pulley, Erica Wyatt, and Lindsay Levitt had 1 dig each. Che' Holford lead with 2 aces, while Taylor Parker and Taylor Pulley finished with 1 ace for the game.

The Lady Wildcats played Hayti for the last game of pool play. We defeated Hayti 25-12 and 25-15. Taylor Parker lead the team with 7 kills, Megan Pulley had 4 kills, and Linday Hutchison had 3 kills. Erica Wyatt and Lindsay Levitt had 2 kills each. Taylor Pulley, Taylor Fuwell, and Che' Holford had 1 kill each. Taylor Pulley had 17 assist for the game. Taylor Parker and Che' Holford had 1 assist for the game. Erica Wyatt lead the team with 2 blocks. Lindsay Hutchison and Che' Holford lead the team with 4 digs each. Lady Wildcats defeat Sikeston

The JV Lady Wildcats came out and defeated the Sikeston Bulldogs 25-18 and 25-13. The Lady Wildcats made to many serving errors this game, this is something that we need to continue to work on. Courtney Delay and Ashley Overstreet lead the team with 5 kills each. Robyn Chism had 4 kills, and Tiffany Case had 1 kill for the night. Robyn Chism had 5 assist for the game, Tiffany Case had 4 assist, Jessica Carlson and Ashley Smith had 1 assist for the game. Robyn Chism lead the team with 4 digs. Ashley Overstreet and Tiffany Case had 3 digs each. Courtney Delay and Ashley Smith had 2 digs each. Jessica Carlson had 1 dig for the night. Ashley Overstreet, Courtney Delay, and Tiffany Case had 2 aces each. Robyn Chism, Ashley Smith, and Jessica Carlson had 1 ace each. This bring the JV record to 12-3-2. SCAA record 2-0.

The Varsity Lady Wildcats won both sets 25-19 and 25-21. They have been off for a couple of days and didn't play as aggressive as I would have liked them to play. They had several hitting and serving errors this game, which affected the momentum. Taylor Parker, Lindsay Hutchison and Megan Pulley had 4 kills each. Erica Waytt, Lindsay Levitt, and Courtney Delay had 3 kills each. Taylor Pulley had 18 assist for the night, and Che' Holford had 1 assist. Che' Holford lead the team with 8 digs, Lindsay Hutchison had 5 digs, and Taylor Pulley had 3 digs. Lindsay Levitt, Taylor Fuwell, and Tylla McNeil had 2 digs each. Megan Pulley had 1 dig for the nigh. Taylor Pulley , Taylor Parker, Lindsay Levitt, and Lindsay Hutchison had 1 ace for the night. This brings their record to 7-4 and SCAA record to 2-0. The Varsity Lady Wildcats will be in action at Gideon this weekend, playing in the Gideon Varsity Tournament. They will play on Thursday night at 4, 6, and 8. Come out and watch them play.

JV LADY WILCATS WIN THE PUXICO JV TOURNAMENT!!!

The Lady Wildcats started out tournament play against Zalma. They defeated Zalma in two sets 25-13 and 25-6. The Lady Wildcats played pretty solid both sets. Ashley Overstreet and Courtney Delay had 2 kills each. Robyn Chism, Tiffany Case, Jessica Carlson, and Ashley Smith had 1 kill each. Robyn Chism had 4 assist, Tiffany Case had 3 assist, and Ashley Overstreet had 1 assist for the game. Ashley Overstreet had 1 dig for the game. Robyn Chism and Ashley Smith lead with 4 aces each. Tiffany Case had 3 aces and Courtney Delay had 2 aces for the game.

The next match we would play Malden again. The first game the Lady Wildcats came out strong and defeated them 25-10. The second game, we lost some of our momentum but still came out with the win 25-20. Courtney Delay lead with 7 kills, and Ashley Overstreet had 3 kills. Robyn Chism and Tiffany Case had 2 kills each. Ashley Smith had 1 kill for the game. Robyn Chism had 7 assist for the game, and Tiffany Case had 6 assist for the game. Courtney Delay had 1 block for the game. Robyn Chism lead with 5 digs, Ashley Overstreet had 4 digs, and Courtney Delay had 3 digs. Lindsay Williams, Ashley Smith, and Haeilie Sandage had 1 dig each. Lindsay Williams and Courtney Delay had 2 aces each. Robyn Chism and Haelie Sandage had 1 ace each. This win advanced the Lady Wildcats to the Championship game, where they would play the Advance Hornets.

The Lady Wildcats came out strong in the first set of the Championship game and defeated the Hornets 25-11. The girls played very well this game, they communicated and had very few hitting and serving errors. The second set, they had a few more serving errors but was still able to defeat the HORNETS 25-21 for the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!!! They girls had their ups and down through the tournament, but still was able to pull through as a team and get their goal accomplished. Congratulations girls on your VICTORY!!! This brings JV's record to 11-3-2.

JV Lady Wildcats take 1st in Pool Play Puxico Tournament

The Junior Varsity Wildcats started off the Puxico Tournament against Twin Rivers. The Lady Wildcats defeated Twin Rivers 27-25 and 25-14. Courtney Delay lead with 12 kills, Ashley Overstreet had 8 kills, and Robyn Chism had 2 kills. Robyn Chism had 9 assists, Tiffany Case had 8 assist for the game, and Ashley Smith had 1 assist. Ashley Overstreet lead the team with 3 digs and Robyn Chism had 2 digs. Tiffany Case and Courtney Delay had 1 dig each. Robyn Chism had 2 aces for the night.

The next match in pool play was against the Malden Greenwaves. The first set the Lady Wildcats won 26-24. The second set, they lost 25-22. The Lady Wildcats had several hitting and serving errors in these two sets. Ashley Overstreet lead the team with 3 kills. Courtney Delay and Robyn Chism had 2 kills each. Courtney Delay had 1 block for the game. Tiffany Case had 3 assist and Robyn Chism had 2 assist. Ashley Overstreet lead with 4 digs, while Robyn Chism and Courtney Delay had 3 digs each. Tiffany Case had 2 digs and Lindsay Williams had 1 dig. Robyn Chism lead the team with 4 aces. Courtney Delay and Tiffany Case had 2 aces each. Jessica Carlson had 1 ace for the game.

The next match in pool play was against the Advance Hornets. The Lady Wildcats had defeated them earlier this season in the Bernie Tournament. The Lady Wildcats defeated the Hornets 25-18 and 25-17. The girls played much better this game with fewer serving and hitting errors. Courtney Delay lead the team with 8 kills, Ashley Overstreet had 3 kills, and Tiffany Case had 2 kills. Robyn Chism lead with 6 assist and Tiffany Case had 4 assist. Megan Pennington had 1 assist. Courtney Delay had 3 digs and Ashley Overstreet had 2 digs. Ashley Smith and Haelie Sandage had 1 dig each. Robyn Chism lead with 3 aces and Ashley Smith had 2 aces. Ashley Overstreet and Tiffany Case had 1 ace each.

The Lady Wildcats will be seeded 1st in pool play, they will play Zalma in the morning during tournament play. This brings their record to 7-3-2.

JV defeats Scott City/Varsity takes a loss

JV started out the first game with a big deficit, but was able to come back and win 25-23. The third game, they kept the lead and pulled the win 25-23. The girls played really well after they came back in the first game. Courtney Delay lead the team with 13 kills and Ashley Overstreet had 3 kills. Robyn Chism and Tiffany Case had 2 kills each. Courtney Delay lead the team with 3 kills. Ashley Overstreet lead the team with 6 digs and Courtney Delay had 4 digs. Tiffany Case and Ashley Smith had 2 digs each. Courtney Delay had 3 aces and Robyn chism had 1 ace for the night. This bring their record to 5-3-1 and SCAA conference record to 2-0. The JV will participate in the Puxico JV tournament this weekend. Wish them luck!

Varsity lost the first set 25-9, they did not have momentum this game. Our hitting and blocking wasn't as aggressive as we needed it to be. The second set we came out stronger, but still lost 25-19. The second set the girls played much better but still struggled with hitting and blocking. The accumulated only 5 kills for both sets. Erica Wyatt lead with 2 kills. Taylor Pulley and Lindsay Levitt had 2 digs each. Che' Holford had 1 ace for the night. This bring the team's record to 6-4 and 2-0 in the SCAA conference.

Lady Wildcats defeat Dexter

The Lady Wildcats faced off Dexter last night with a great crowd cheering them on. Junior Varsity started out the night with a strong showing. They took the lead in both sets and never looked back. They served and hit extremely well this game. They won both sets 25-16 and 25-18. Courtney Delay lead the Lady Wildcats with 7 kills, Ashley Overstreet followed closely with 6 kills. Robyn Chism and Tiffany Case had 3 kills each. Ashley Smith had 1 kill for the night. Robyn Chism lead the team with 9 assist, Tiffany Case had 5 assist, and Courtney Delay had 2 assist for the night. Robyn Chism and Courtney Delay lead the team with 3 digs. Ashley Overstreet finished the game with 2 digs. Jessica Carlson lead the team with 5 aces, while Robyn Chism followed with 3 aces. Tiffany Case had 2 aces, and Lindsay Williams had 1 ace for the night. This brings Junior Varsity's record to 4-3-1. Great Job Ladies!!!

The Varsity Lady Wildcats started the first game out strong and pushed through the entire game and was able to come up with the win 25-23. The second game, the team was very sluggish and didn't communicate like they did in the first set. They were unable to push for the second win and lost this set 25-15. The third set, the Lady Wildcats came out determined and pushed through to the very end. They had great defense and was blocking very well. The team had some amazing passes and good sets, which allowed the hitters to be very impressive this game. Taylor Parker and Lindsay Hutchison lead the team with 7 kills. Erica Wyatt followed closely with 6 kills. Lindsay Levitt had 4 kills, Megan Pulley had 3 kills, Taylor and Che' Holford had 1 kill each. Taylor Pulley had 28 assist for the night, and Taylor Parker had 1 assist for the night. Erica Wyatt and Taylor Parker had 4 big blocks for the night. Erica Wyatt ended the game with a huge block against Dexter. Megan Pulley had 2 blocks for the night. Che' Holford and Lindsay Hutchison had 9 digs each. Taylor Fuwell followed with 7 digs, Taylor Pulley had 4 digs, and Tylla McNeil had 3 digs for the night. Taylor Parker, Lindsay Levitt, Megan Pulley, and Erica Wyatt had 2 digs each. Taylor Fuwell lead the team with 2 aces. Lindsay Levitt and Lindsay Hutchison had 1 ace each. Great job Ladies, this brings your record to 6-3.

The Lady Wildcats will travel to Scott City on Thursday and face off with the Rams. Come out and support your Lady Wildcats!!!
